This product must be used in accordance with the directions by HVAC professionals only.

For outdoor air conditioning coil of aluminum or copper fin construction. NOTE: Coil cleaners can affect the color and finish of material (e.g. discoloration or tarnishing). Test on a small area prior to cleaning, particularly galvanizing or standing seam metal. When used on spine fin coils, do not use high-pressure rinse. Consider Evaporator Coil Cleaner & Degreaser (9380E85-Q) or Universal Coil & Microchannel Cleaner (9380U85-Q) for indoor, painted fin or microchannel coils.

1 - Read entire label and Safety Data Sheet before use. 2 - Disconnect all power before working on equipment. 3 - Protect surrounding area from over-spray. 4 - Using a suitable lowpressure sprayer, dilute this product with water according to dilution rates below. 5 - Always spray downwind with a coarse spray to avoid misting. Spray between fins using horizontal motion, working from the bottom up. 6 - Wait 3 to 4 minutes until foam begins to subside and rinse thoroughly with large amounts of water. 7 - Flush sprayer completely with water after use.

ADD 1 PART Condenser Coil Cleaner to:
• Heavy Duty Cleaning - 4 parts water
• Moderate Duty Cleaning - 8 parts water
• Light Duty Cleaning - 20 parts water


DANGER: Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Harmful if inhaled. Use only outdoors or in a wellventilated area. Store locked up. Wear eye and face protection. Wear protective gloves and clothing. Avoid breathing mist/spray.

Wash exposed body parts thoroughly after handling. If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call poison control center. If on skin (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. Wash exposed body parts thoroughly after handling. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. If skin irritation occurs: Immediately call poison control center. If swallowed: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Immediately call poison control center. If inhaled: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Call poison control center if you feel unwell.

Ingredients: Water (CAS No. 7732-18-5), Potassium hydroxide (CAS No. 1310-58-3), Sodium hydroxide (CAS No. 1310-73-2), Sodium lauriminodipropionate (CAS No. 14960-06-6), Sodium lauroyl sarcosinate (CAS No. 137-16-6), Sodium lauryl sulfate (CAS No. 151-21-3), Aminomethyl propanol (CAS No. 124-68-5). Sodium gluconate (CAS No. 527-07-1).

Store in original container. Dispose of contents and container in accordance with all local, regional and national regulations. Large or frequent spills can be harmful to the environment. Do not discharge to sewer of waterways. May increase pH that may be toxic to aquatic organisms.
